Joseph joined AEGIS in 2021 as an Associate, Customer Success. His experience spans over 25 years in risk management, hedging, and accounting software for energy, agriculture, banking, and financial institutions. Prior to AEGIS, Joseph led the client service team at InstaNext and was responsible for the implementation, support, and testing of newly developed features of the InstaNext software suite. Joseph was previously Principal Consultant of implementations at INSSINC, which was acquired by Triple Point Technology in 2008, where he was responsible for the training of Risk Management, Hedge Accounting & Treasury solutions for energy and agriculture clients. His experience with INSSINC spans around the globe where he was stationed in Tokyo and London as Vice President to coordinate and manage all implementations and training of the company’s FUTRAK software system for Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Risk Management. Joseph has extensive knowledge of software services for financial risk management from front-office trade inception to back-office accounting for all instruments covering a wide spectrum of commodities, foreign exchange, and interest rates.
Joseph is based in Florida and when out of the office enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, going to the beach, practicing yoga, and reading.
