Grant is a Customer Success Associate for the firm. He is responsible for supporting all customer needs. In his role, he works closely with prospective customers to assess and recommend the right solutions from AEGIS.
Before joining AEGIS, Grant worked in the restaurant industry for seven years as a Supervisor of Operations for Chick-Fil-A. His responsibilities included overseeing shift layouts for optimum results, monitoring inventory levels, and hiring new personnel. He also participated in grand openings for new Chick-Fil-A restaurants all around the country, where he provided knowledge and guidance to new staff personnel to deliver strong results.
Grant attended Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management. During his time at Texas A&M, Grant was acknowledged as a distinguished Terry Scholar and participated in the Financial Management Association. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family and playing basketball and golf.
